Brentwood AccuPac & AccuClean – Model Reference Table

The following figures come from the linked Brentwood six-page film-fill brochure hosted by Star Cooling Towers (copyright 2011). They describe the brochure’s product variants; confirm current model status, performance curves, available pack sizes and material against the manufacturer’s latest documentation before ordering.

Brentwood model / familyPublished surface areaSheet spacingPrimary application
AccuPac CF1200 / CF1200MA226 m²/m³11.7 mmCompact cross-fluted fill for packaged counterflow towers; CF1200 may also be specified for distribution-pad duty.
AccuPac CF1900 / CF1900MA157.5 m²/m³19 mmCross-fluted counterflow fill for HVAC and industrial cooling towers; review water cleanliness and thermal duty.
AccuPac CFS3000102 m²/m³30.5 mmLarger channels for applications requiring more tolerance to fouling.
AccuPac OF21MA147.8 m²/m³20.8 mmOffset-vertical fill where fouling potential and heat transfer must be balanced.
AccuPac VF19PLUS154 m²/m³19 mmVertical-flow fill for poorer water quality and elevated fouling risk.
AccuPac VF3800131 m²/m³38 mmLarger vertical passages for more severe fouling conditions.
AccuClean AFVF19 / AFVF19MA138 / 144 m²/m³19.4 / 19 mmAnti-fouling vertical-flow fill; compare pack size and assembly version.
AccuPac XF125210 m²/m³12.5 mmCrossflow media for packaged tower arrangements, subject to suitable water quality.
AccuPac XF75 / XF75IL / XF75ID167.4 m²/m³19 mmCrossflow herringbone fill; IL and ID are integrated-louver and integrated-eliminator components.
AccuPac CF1900SS157.5 m²/m³19 mmStainless-steel fill enquiry for specific critical or high-temperature applications.

Typical Pack and Material Information

  • CF1900 brochure listing: 305 mm minimum depth, 153 mm minimum width and 305 mm minimum length; illustrated standard modules include 610 mm depth × 610 mm width × 3,658 mm length. Confirm production cut-to-size and shipping limits when quoting.
  • CF1200 brochure listing: 100 mm distribution-pad minimum depth applies to CF1200, while CF1200MA specifies a minimum 300 mm depth. Other dimensions and mechanical-assembly options are variant dependent.
  • XF75 crossflow product family: XF75IL denotes the inlet-louver fill section; XF75ID denotes the drift-eliminator fill section. Clarify whether the requirement is media alone or a complete integrated assembly.
  • The brochure identifies PVC and a selection of other polymer options; stainless steel is specifically identified for CF1900SS. Confirm any high-temperature, fire-test, water-chemistry or material requirement for the quoted grade.
  • Surface area and sheet spacing do not establish guaranteed tower capacity. Obtain appropriate KaV/L and air-pressure-drop selection data at the project’s water/air loading and wet-bulb conditions.

Published dimensions, material and configuration are manufacturer literature information, not confirmed stock or a universal replacement fit.

What to Send for a Fill Quotation

  • Required manufacturer/model, or existing fill photographs and sheet/profile identification.
  • Cell length, width and fill depth; support type and whether integral louvers and eliminators are needed.
  • Water flow, hot/cold temperatures, wet-bulb design temperature and available fan static pressure.
  • Water analysis and fouling/scaling history; maximum circulating-water temperature.
  • Material or fire-standard requirement, delivery country and required quantity.
